  • Umsetzung aller mit der Flugplanung in Zusammenhang stehender Vorbereitungen

  • Ber√ľcksichtigung von technischen Faktoren sowie Einschr√§nkungen entlang des Flugweges
  • Anmeldung des ATC-Flugplanes bei der Flugsicherung
  • Zusammenstellen der Flugvorbereitungsunterlagen und Beratung der Flugzeugf√ľhrer
  • Flug√ľberwachung und Unterst√ľtzung in Verkauf/Sales von Charterfl√ľgen
  • Bei R√ľckfragen und Unregelm√§√üigkeiten leistet der Flugdienstberater der Crew In-Flight Assistance als wichtige Entscheidungshilfe
Ihr Profil:
  • Berufserfahrung als Flugdienstberater / Dispatcher (m/w/d)
  • Uneingeschr√§nkte Schichtdiensttauglichkeit und -bereitschaft,
  • Einsatzfreude, Kommunikations- und Teamf√§higkeit, sowie Belastbarkeit
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der englischen Sprache in Wort und Schrift
  • Gute EDV-Kenntnisse
  • Einstieg auch mit Flugberater-Lizenz oder g√ľltigem CPL (A) m√∂glich

Short description

We are looking for a full-time (40 hours) employee (m/f/d) for our Crew Operations department at our location in Cologne with immediate effect.

Job profile:

  • Independent and timely preparation of duty rosters for the flying personnel of German Airways in compliance with the legal regulations as well as internal and flight operations requirements.
  • Control and monitoring of daily crew operations
  • Ensuring demand-oriented planning adapted to operational requirements
  • Quality control of the duty rosters prepared in accordance with the operational specifications
  • Continuous tracking of the flight hours and duty day distribution of the crews in the published duty roster as well as any necessary corrective measures
  • Processing of duty rosters resulting from sick leave, personnel changes or operational reasons.
  • Optimising crew deployments from a cost perspective.

Compliance Monitoring & Quality Manager (m/w/d)

German Airways has been in the airline business for many years. With our fleet of Embraer E190 aircraft, we are operating for well-known companies and customers in scheduled and charter traffic throughout Europe.

Become part of German Airways now – as Compliance Monitoring & Quality Manager (m/w/d)

As Compliance Monitoring & Quality Manager, you are responsible for the management and further development of the quality assurance program of our AOC and Part 145 and ensure that this is properly implemented. To do this, you work together with the Safety Manager and work in an integrated Compliance & Safety Management System.

Your Tasks:

  • Implementation and maintenance of the compliance and quality assurance program, including the definition, approval and adherence to an audit plan in accordance with aviation regulations and IOSA standards.
  • Conducting audits and inspections in accordance with international and regulatory requirements and the approved audit plans, in accordance with company guidelines and using techniques that provide objective, measurable results.
  • Ensure all phases of the audit process including: scope, objectives, follow-up and completion.
  • Completion of risk and hazard analyzes in cooperation with the safety department. You will ensure that the mitigations resulting from risk assessments are monitored and implemented promptly and that their effectiveness is regularly checked.
  • Development of improved procedures and processes based on the audit results in close coordination with the respective department heads.
  • Responsibility for document management.
  • Evaluation and monitoring of contractors and suppliers to ensure that standards are defined and adhered to.

Your Profil:

  • At least five years of management experience, preferably in aviation (flight operations and/or maintenance).
  • Documented work experience, preferably in the advertised position in accordance with EU IR 965/2012 ORO.GEN.200 (a) (6) with an EASA operator.
  • Experience as Quality / Compliance Manager.
  • Formal training as a quality auditor.
  • In-depth knowledge of “EASA” regulations, (EU) 2018/1139; 965/2012; 1178/2011; 748/2012 with part 21; 1321/2014 with part CAMO, part 145, part 66, part 147; and national requirements.
  • Experience in IOSA projects is an advantage.
  • Competence in performing risk assessments and investigations.
  • Very good written and spoken English skills.
  • Valid background check according to ¬ß7 German Aviation Security Act.
