We are looking to strengthen our team at the earliest possible date at the Cologne/Bonn and Rostock one:
Team Leader MCC (m/f/d)
Your tasks / Responsibilities:
- Management and coordination of a team of MCC employees (see tasks below)
- Coordination of shift coverage in collaboration with the Line Maintenance Manager.
- Documentation of existing and new processes in coordination with CAMO & AMO, as well as publication in the relevant manuals
- Further development of the MCC "Hotseats" in physical (office) and mobile version (on-call)
- Process owner for the continuous improvement of processes, hardware, documentation, etc.
- Daily reporting to the NPCA and the Director Technical Operations
Tasks MMC:
- Main contact person for unplanned technical events
- Communication with the crews and the OCC in relation to technical aircraft issues
- Review of all relevant information on a technical defect, including written descriptions, photos, videos, etc
- Evaluation of reported defects based on the information provided
- Initiation and coordination of repair measures with in-house and external maintenance service providers as required
- Logging of all communications related to technical defects and ensuring transparency to our CAMO
- Support crews with questions about technical documentation
- Checking the status and availability of spare parts and tools and coordinating with the materials and logistics team
Your profile
- B1 and or B2 licence with an Embraer EJET rating and at least 2 years of experience in line maintenance for this type
- Impeccable criminal record
- Valid background check in accordance with the Aviation Security Act
- Language skills German and English language fluently in word and writing
- Familiarity and confidence in dealing with IT systems & technical documentation (internal and external)
- High communication skills
- Independent working style with the ability to remain calm even in stressful times
