Operations Manager / Deputy Technical Director (m/f/d)

In this management position, you will work closely with our Technical Director and the management together. You take responsibility for the efficient management of technical processes and form the link between strategy and practice - with an eye for what is feasible and the motivation to actively drive things forward.

Your tasks

  • You guide Independent responsibility for projects in a technical environment on time and on budgetfrom planning to successful implementation
  • You analyse existing processes, identify potential for optimisation and implement specific improvements in a targeted manner
  • You manage and realise operational and strategic measures together with the technical team - pragmatic, solution-orientated and with a clear focus
  • You bring structure to processes and ensure that plans become reality
  • You optimise technical personnel planning and help to deploy resources more efficiently
  • You are a sparring partner for managers - with a clear eye for the essentials and the motivation to get things moving

Your profile

  • You are characterised by assertiveness, leadership and a solution-oriented way of working
  • You work in a structured manner, like to lend a hand and maintain an overview even in complex situations
  • You communicate clearly, think entrepreneurially and act independently
  • You can quickly grasp, prioritise and efficiently implement technical contexts
  • You enjoy working in a team and move confidently between different interfaces
  • Completed training as an aircraft mechanic is an advantage, but not essential
