To strengthen our team at the Airport Cologne/Bonn we are looking for a
MCC Controller (m/f/d) in Full-time and permanent position.

The Maintenance Control Centre (MCC) of German Airways is an integral part of our Continuing Airworthiness Management Organisation (CAMO) and provides 24/7 for safe, smooth and reliable flight operations. Your mission: to ensure the airworthiness and availability of our fleet, coordinate disruptions and efficiently drive forward repair processes.


Your tasks

  • You will provide real-time technical support to flight crews and maintenance teams for operational aircraft.
  • You monitor error and fault messages, manage MEL deferrals and coordinate repairs.
  • You ensure that our entire fleet remains airworthy in accordance with regulations and coordinate the technical status.
  • You act as an interface between Flight Operations, Maintenance, Engineering and other areas (e.g. Scheduling, Purchasing).
  • You will be responsible for maintaining technical records including logbook entries, working closely with CAMO.

Your profile

  • You have at least 5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance - including at least 2 years in a comparable position in aviation, ideally in an ACMI or charter environment.
  • A valid EASA Part-66 Aircraft Maintenance Licence and relevant type-specific training are an advantage.
  • You like to work in a structured way, even under pressure, and find pragmatic solutions.
  • You are characterised by your communication, leadership and decision-making skills.
  • You have a very good command of written and spoken English.
