To strengthen our team at Cologne/Bonn Airport, we are now looking for a
Crew planner (m/f/d) in full-time and permanent position.

Your tasks

  • Responsibility for long-term and short-term duty planning, taking into account all legal and operational requirements.
  • Processing all incoming flight schedule changes and charter enquiries.
  • Planning and processing of monthly enquiries and long-term crew requests.
  • Ensuring the timely publication of crew rosters.
  • Capacity and availability checks for cockpit and cabin crews, including planning of reserve systems and standby services.
  • Absence management (holidays, illness, training) and its impact on crew availability.
  • Close co-operation with all departments involved in the planning process.
  • Organisation of flight and hotel bookings for the crews.
  • Coordinating with the Crew Operation Manager on all necessary procedures to ensure proper rosters.

Your profile

  • You have already been able to gain your first practical insights into the processes of an airline, e.g. in operational, duty or flight planning.
  • You are characterised by good communication and teamwork skills.
  • You can analyse and prioritise several tasks at the same time.
  • Very good written and spoken English skills.
  • A sense of responsibility and reliability are among your strengths.
  • Willingness to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
  • Ability to work under pressure and a structured, precise way of working - even in time-critical situations.
  • Ability to deal with changing requirements and good time management.
  • Willingness to work both in the head office and from home.
  • Experience with the AIMS planning system is an advantage.
