Your tasks
- You look after our passengers professionally and warmly – from boarding to bidding them farewell after landing.
- You ensure the safety of our passengers and crew in compliance with all statutory and company safety regulations.
- You provide a high-quality onboard service and ensure a pleasant atmosphere on board.
- You are a professional, service-oriented and solution-focused point of contact for our passengers.
- You work closely with flight and cabin crew and contribute to safe and smooth flight operations.
- You represent German Airways. We are reliable, professional, and service-oriented.
Your profile
- Minimum age 18 years
- Minimum height 160 cm
- Good swimming skills
- Very good spoken and written English; good German language skills and other foreign languages are an advantage
- Completed education
- Unrestricted travel ability and a valid passport; for non-EU citizens, a valid residence and work permit is also required.
- Place of residence or accessibility to Cologne/Bonn Airport within 90 minutes for on-call services
- A strong service orientation and enjoyment of working with people
- Teamwork, sense of responsibility and resilience
- High flexibility regarding working hours and locations
- Safe handling of common PC applications
- Mobile phone with internet access
- A well-groomed appearance and a confident, friendly demeanour
