Please note that the following reulations only apply for charter flights, which are operated by German Airways as cruise-ship-feeder on behalf of AIDA and MSC cruises.

Every passenger is allowed to carry 1 baggage item with a maximum weight of 23 kilograms. In case you are planning to carry a bag with a weight of more than 23 kilograms or additional checked-baggage-items, please contact your tour operator or cruise provider.

Every passenger is allowed to carry 1 cabin bag with the maximum dimensions of 55 x 40 x 23 centimeters and a maximum weight of 8 kilograms. In addition German Airways allows to carry 1 personal item, as for example a purse or notebook.

In case of high booking figures please note that German Airways reserves the right to load cabin baggage into the aircrafts compartments. In this case the passenger will be informed by ground staff and will be obligated to remove all electronic devices from the bag. We would highly appreciate your cooperation to avoid any delay caused by large amounts of bags in the cabin.

According to the EU-hand-baggage-regulations, passengers are allowed to carry baby food or medication in the cabin. Appropriate products do not have to be carried inside the transparent bag for liquids, but have to be presented during the security check. The quantity should be adequate to the expected travel time.

The opening times of the check-in-counters vary according to airport and time of departure. Please contact your tour operator or cruise ship provider for further information about the opening-times at the respective airports.
