In particular, he should and will concentrate on strategic partnerships in both the passenger and cargo sectors\".<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Alongside Walter B\u00f6hnke, Heumann is now also Managing Director of the ZEITFRACHT subsidiary WDL Aviation, based at Cologne-Bonn Airport, and, together with Simon, Managing Director of ZEITFRACHT Luftfahrt Holding GmbH.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\"WDL Aviation is established and renowned. We want to continue to grow organically here and fleet more modern aircraft in the medium term. This makes WDL an important part of the aviation sector within the ZEITFRACHT Group,\" says Heumann, summarising his new area of tasks and responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After completing his studies and doctorate at the Institute of Auditing and in the Baetge research team at the Westf\u00e4lische Wilhelms-Universit\u00e4t M\u00fcnster, Heumann moved to Roland Berger Strategy Consultant GmbH, D\u00fcsseldorf. There he managed and advised on international projects, particularly in the aviation industry. In 2010, Heumann moved to airberlin technik as Vice President Finance, where he was responsible for the commercial division. Since spring 2015, Heumann has been Managing Director of airberlin technik GmbH, leading the strategic reorganisation of the company into a pure MRO service provider (Maintenance, Repair &amp; Overhaul).
