In recent years, he has been Commercial Director at the airlines Eurowings and Germanwings, which are part of the Lufthansa Group. In addition, he was most recently CFO of Luftfahrtgesellschaft Walter (LGW), a regional airline recently acquired by the Zeitfracht Group.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Wolfram Simon-Schr\u00f6ter, CEO of the Zeitfracht Group: \"We are delighted that Michael Knoth is strengthening our management team at Zeitfracht. With him, a proven and experienced manager will steer the fortunes of WDL Aviation. The company will benefit from his commercial expertise and his knowledge of the industry.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Zeitfracht Group has grown strongly in recent years through acquisitions in the aviation sector. In addition to the Cologne-based charter airline WDL Aviation, the Berlin logistics company also took over LGW, which is based at Dortmund Airport.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About the ZEITFRACHT Group<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Zeitfracht Group is an owner-managed family business in its third generation with more than 3,000 employees and headquarters in Berlin.
