New co-operation partner for German Airways: Wetlease for the newly founded airline ToMontenegro
Cologne/Bonn, 14 June 2021, German Airways has a new co-operation partner in the newly founded airline ToMontenegro and will be supporting the young airline in its launch in the coming weeks. From today, German Airways will initially be flying an Embraer E190 with crew for what is probably the youngest airline in Europe.
ToMontenegro was founded on the Balkan peninsula with state support and, as the successor to Montenegro Airlines, is intended to ensure the most important flight connections for private and business travellers. The first flight operated by Germany's second-oldest airline for the new partner flew this morning from Podgorica to Belgrade.
In addition to the Embraer E190 from German Airways, ToMontenegro currently has only one other aircraft of its own, an Embraer E195, in active service. The new airline also offers connections to and from Germany in its route network.
