ZEITFRACHT subsidiary WDL Aviation is the 283rd member of IATA

International Air Transport Association (IATA) secures important industry knowledge | Umbrella organisation of airlines sets global standards

(PresseBox) (Cologne (16.04.2018) WDL-Aviation, based at Cologne/Bonn Airport and part of the ZEITFRACHT Group since autumn 2017, is an official member of IATA (International Air Transport Association), the global umbrella organisation for airlines.

"We are working consistently to further develop WDL with a strategic focus on the European market. Through the partnership with IATA, we are gaining crucial industry background to master future challenges that our business entails," explains Walter Böhnke, Managing Director of WDL-Aviation. "After all, the umbrella organisation sets global standards".

About WDL Aviation
WDL Aviation has been part of the ZEITFRACHT Group since autumn 2017. WDL Aviation is based at Cologne/Bonn Airport and began operating work and training flights back in 1955 - immediately after Lufthansa and even before LTU.

The ZEITFRACHT Group has a total of around 1,000 employees and an annual turnover of around 220 million euros, operating mainly in the three business areas of logistics, aviation and property management.
