- Provision of all services (incl. crew travel) that are required in accordance with the flight orders in the current day-to-day operations
- Coordination with the travel office regarding crew proceedings and crew overnight stays
Crew Planning:
- Independent and timely preparation of duty schedules for the flying personnel of German
- Airways’ flying personnel in compliance with legal regulations as well as internal and flight operations requirements.

What you bring / Requirements:
- You have successfully completed vocational training, preferably with a focus on tourism, or preferably many years of professional experience in the operational area of an airline.
- You already have a good knowledge of the Airline Management System AIMS or comparable planning programs.
- Strategic thinking and flexible approaches to solutions determine your working methodology
- You have very good organizational skills as well as communication and team skills ability to work in a team
- Ability to work shifts (7-day operation)
- You speak business fluent German and English
