Your tasks / Responsibilities:

  • Independent and timely preparation of duty schedules for the flying personnel of German

  • Bearbeitung von Einsatzänderungen und Anfragen zur Durchführung von Zusatzflügen (Subcharter-, Maintenance- und Überführungsflügen) unter dem Gesichtspunkt der Verfügbarkeit und speziellen Qualifikation der Besatzungen
  • Provision of all services (incl. crew travel) that are required in accordance with the flight orders in the current day-to-day operations
  • Coordination with the travel office regarding crew proceedings and crew overnight stays

 

Crew Planning:

  • Independent and timely preparation of duty schedules for the flying personnel of German
  • Airways’ flying personnel in compliance with legal regulations as well as internal and flight operations requirements.

Crew Travel:

What you bring / Requirements:

  • You have successfully completed vocational training, preferably with a focus on tourism, or preferably many years of professional experience in the operational area of an airline.
  • You already have a good knowledge of the Airline Management System AIMS or comparable planning programs.
  • Strategic thinking and flexible approaches to solutions determine your working methodology
  • You have very good organizational skills as well as communication and team skills ability to work in a team
  • Ability to work shifts (7-day operation)
  • You speak business fluent German and English
